Kalai Holdings Ltd., Company No. 515403947 (10 Gush Etzion St., Givatayim), which operates the bisdata.co.il website ("the Site"), places great importance on providing equal and accessible service to the general public, including people with disabilities. We work to make the Site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013, and in line with Israeli Standard IS 5568, which adopts the WCAG guidelines. The Site is in an ongoing process of conforming to Level AA under WCAG 2.1: this is an active and continuing commitment, and we do not present it as fully completed.

• Proper semantic structure (landmarks) that eases navigation with assistive technologies
• A "skip to content" link at the top of every page
• The Site's language is set to Hebrew (lang="he"), with right-to-left text direction (dir="rtl")
• Site navigation, including the mobile menu, is labeled with aria-label for clear identification by screen readers
• Full keyboard navigation across all Site components
• A visible focus indicator when navigating by keyboard
• Alt text and aria labeling on brand marks and the logo
• A floating accessibility menu, available from every page via the accessibility icon in the corner of the screen, offering: text size increase, high contrast, inverted contrast, grayscale mode, link highlighting, readable font, stop animations, enlarged cursor, enhanced focus highlighting, and a reset to default settings

The accessibility menu's settings are stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) only, under the key bisdata-a11y, and are never transmitted to us or to any third party.

We work on an ongoing basis to identify and fix accessibility gaps, and update this statement accordingly. As of the date of publication, we are aware of the following limitations:

• Interactive maps: Some maps on the Site are rendered using canvas/WebGL technology and are not fully accessible to screen readers or full keyboard navigation. The same information shown on the map is also available as an accessible list/table on the city and category pages, and via Site search.
• Social media embeds: Content embedded from external platforms (such as posts or videos) is subject to the accessibility level of that external platform, which is not under our control.
• Share cards: Images intended for sharing on social media are decorative in nature and do not carry material information that is not also available as text on the page itself.

This statement is based on testing performed on the current versions of common browsers: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari, as well as on responsive display for mobile devices. Spot checks with screen readers are performed on an ongoing basis as part of our continuous improvement process.

The service is provided online only, and the Company has no physical place of business open to the general public.
